Using Dashboard Views

Modified on Tue, 09 Aug 2022 at 03:19 PM

On all your dashboards, you can create and switch to different views of your dashboards.  This lets you have a different set of widgets on one view and another set of widgets on another view.  This is very handy when you want to view different sets of data for your company and projects on your home dashboard or project dashboards.

Example: On your home dashboard, you may want to see how your company is tracking from different points of view.  You may have one dashboard view called Company Metrics that shows the key data about your company, its locations, departments and staffing loads.  And, you may have another dashboard view called Projects that shows the progress, costs and other key project metrics for all the current projects running at your company.

You can create as many dashboard views as you like.

You can switch to a dashboard view at any time on your dashboard.

You can share your dashboard views with other staff.  This is handy for creating a standard set of dashboards for your company or departments.
