Tip: It is highly recommended to delete your sandbox after you have finished using it. You should not use old sandboxes for creating new scenario plans since a sandbox is a snapshot of the live Projectal when the sandbox was first created. If the sandbox was created (say) 12 months ago, then the differences between the live Projectal and the sandbox will most likely be extensive and this will affect the accuracy of costs, schedules and other data points in your scenario plans.To delete a sandbox, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Live button in the top right corner of Projectal. It will display a popup menu.
2. Click the Delete button alongside the sandbox you wish to remove. You will be prompted to confirm deleting the sandbox.
Warning: Once the sandbox has been deleted, it cannot be retrieved. All data within the sandbox will be removed.Was this article helpful?
