Sharing a Sandbox

Modified on Tue, 4 Feb at 1:59 PM

By default, when you create a sandbox, it can only be seen by yourself.  It is totally private to your user account.

You can allow other users to see and use your sandbox by setting the sharing permissions.

To share a sandbox, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Live button in the top right corner of Projectal.  It will display a popup menu.

2. Click the Share  button alongside the sandbox you wish to share.  This will display the Share Sandbox screen.

Sharing

Click the Members button under Sharing to edit the list of users allowed to see this sandbox. They will be able to view the data in your sandbox but not make any changes in your sandbox.

Editing Permissions

By default, when you create a sandbox, you are the owner of the sandbox and only you can make changes in your sandbox.  You may want to collaborate with other users and allow them to also make changes in your sandbox.

Click the Members button to edit the users who are allowed to edit and make changes in your sandbox.
