Adding a Sandbox

To add a sandbox into Projectal, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Live button in the top right corner of Projectal. It will display a popup menu.

2. Click the New Sandbox menu item to display the New Sandbox screen. Enter a name for the sandbox. Click OK to create the sandbox.

Note: The Sandbox's creation date determines what is included in the sandbox from the live Projectal.  At the time of sandbox creation, a snapshot of the live Projectal is taken and included in the sandbox.  Any changes made in the live Projectal after the sandbox's creation date will not be seen in the sandbox.

Example: You created a sandbox on the 2nd February 2025.  Since then, new projects and new staff have been added into the live Projectal.  These new projects and staff will not appear in your sandbox since they were added after you created your sandbox.

3. The sandbox will be created and listed in the popup menu under the Live button. You can now use this sandbox as your own personal workspace for your scenario planning.
