Re-assigning a Non-Work Exception to Another Staff

To re-assign a non-work exception to another staff member, follow these steps:


  1. Click on Planner on the left sidebar and select Staff Planner.
  2. Select a non-work exception that you wish to re-assign and drag it onto the other staff member in the Planner.  You can place the non-work exception at the same dates or new dates.
  3. The non-work exception will be automatically re-assigned to the staff. You can edit the non-work exception further to make more changes.


Tip: The tooltip is updated as you drag the non-work exception so you can see the start date and finish date.


Tip: Whilst moving a non-work exception to another staff with your mouse, you can hold down the CTRL key and the non-work exception's start date and end date will not change. This is handy to reassign non-work exceptions to other staff without changing the dates.
