Duplicating a Non-Work Exception

To duplicate or make a copy of an non-work exception, follow these steps:


  1. Click on Planner on the left sidebar and select Staff Planner.
  2. Select a non-work exception that you wish to duplicate and click the Copy button on the Planner screen toolbar or press the Ctrl+C keys.
  3. Select a cell in the Planner where you would like to paste the copied non-work exception and click the Paste button on the Planner screen toolbar or press the Ctrl+V keys.
  4. The new non-work exception will be placed into the cell and the non-work exception will be assigned to the staff that you chose to associate it to.  You can edit the non-work exception further to make more changes.


Tip: Non-work exceptions for a staff member cannot overlap other non-work exceptions. For example, it is not permitted to have two sets of holidays occupying the same set of dates for a staff member.
