If you wish to view the current operating status of your Projectal, then you can click on your avatar or name in the top right hand corner of Projectal. This will display a popup menu. Click the System Status menu item to display the System Status screen.
The System Status screen indicates whether your Projectal is functioning without any issues. It will also tell you the metrics of your Projectal.
Click the Refresh toolbar button to get the current status of your Projectal.
Click the Export toolbar button to export the status report to your local computer.
Tip: If you do not see the System Status menu item in Projectal, then your user account may not have permissions to access the Projectal Customer Portal. Consult your system administrator for more details.
Note: If the System Status screen is reporting issues with your Projectal, then contact your System Administrator or Projectal support staff to address all reported issues.
