Account Management

If you wish to manage your Projectal license subscription, then you can click on your avatar or name in the top right hand corner of Projectal.  This will display a popup menu.  Click the Account Management menu item.

The takes you to the Projectal Customer Portal.  The Projectal Customer Portal is a website that you use to manage your Projectal subscription.  The Projectal Customer Portal is located at https://accounts.projectal.com.

After logging into the Projectal Customer Portal, you can view and change details about the following:

• Primary contact details
• Company details
• Projectal trial details
• Project subscription details - including number of users and billing periods
• Payment methods
• Past invoices

Tip: If you do not see the Account Management menu item in Projectal, then your user account may not have permissions to access the Projectal Customer Portal.  Consult your system administrator for more details.
