Creating a Team-based Task Screen

In Projectal, you can create separate Task screens for your teams such as:

• Department-based tasks
• Location-based tasks
• Company-based tasks
• Skills-based tasks
• Set of Subtasks
• And more.

To create a team-based Tasks screen, you simply need to create a data view that lists all the tasks that you are interested in.

Example: By creating a data view that listed all non-completed tasks that required Animation skills, then you can view and access all the tasks that Animation department need to complete across all projects in the company.

After creating the data view that lists the tasks, you can access each task to view and manage them.  In addition, you can access the Gantt screen, Staff Usage screen and Kanban screen for the set of tasks.
