Data views folders are folders that you can organize your collection data views into.

Data view folders are located on the left sidebar under Data Views and Public Data Views.  They have a folder icon next to them.

You create any number of data view folders and you can create a folder hierarchy to organize your data views.

Creating a Data View Folder

Click on the "..." overflow button next to Data Views or Public Data Views on the left sidebar to display the popup menu.  Click the Create Folder menu item to display the Create Folder screen.  Enter the name for the folder and the new folder will be saved and listed on the left sidebar.

Editing a Data View Folder

Click on the "..." overflow button next to the data view on left sidebar to display the popup menu.  Click the Edit Folder menu item to display the Edit Folder screen.  Make your changes and and the folder will be saved and listed on the left sidebar.

Deleting a Data View Folder

Click on the "..." overflow button next to the data view on left sidebar to display the popup menu.  Click the Delete Folder menu item and you will be prompted to confirm the deletion.

Warning: Once the folder has been deleted, it cannot be retrieved.  All the sub-folders and data views contained in this folder will be removed.

Managing Data View Folders

Click on the "..." overflow button next to Data Views or Public Data Views on the left sidebar to display the popup menu.  Click the Manage Folders menu item to display the Data View Folders screen.  On this screen you can add, edit and remove all your data view folders.
