Managing Data Views

All your data views are listed on the left sidebar in Projectal.

Simply select a data view on the left sidebar to open it.

To create a data view, on the left sidebar, click the Add Data View button next to Data Views or click the Add Public Data View button next to Public Data Views.

You can click the "..." overflow button next to a data view to display a popup menu that lets you:

• Edit the data view
• Copy the data view
• Delete the data view
• Export the data view to your local computer

You can organize your collection of data views into a hierarchy of folders so that they are better organized.  Click on the "..." overflow button next to Data Views or Public Data Views to display a popup menu that lets you:

• Create a folder
• Delete a folder
• Manage folders
