Controlling what AI Tools Can do in your Projectal
The user account that is used to log into your Projectal from your AI tool determines what the AI tool will be able to do.
Example: Jane Doe uses Claude to log into her company's Projectal MCP server. Her user account in Projectal only has read access and she is unable to add, edit or delete items in Projectal. As such, her AI tool (Claude) will only be able to retrieve information from Projectal and not add, update or delete items in her company's Projectal.
