Viewing More Data about Staff & Groupings in Staff Planner

You can show or hide more columns of data in Staff Planner so you can see the details about staff and groupings that you wish to see.


Click on the small Settings menu on the right side of a column header in Staff Planner and it will display a small popup menu listing all the available columns that you can hide or show staff.  Select the columns you wish to see.


Click and drag a column header to reorder the columns into the order you wish to have.


Click and drag on the left edge or right edge of a column header to resize the column's width.


Click and drag the vertical splitter between the columns of data on the left and the timeline on the right to expose more or less space for the columns of data.


Tip: After you have your preferred layout for your Staff Planner, then save it as a Staff Planner user view.  This allows you to recall it any time you wish to use it again.


Grouping Columns

After you have turned on a grouping level (such as Project, Department etc.) from the Staff Planner toolbar, then the columns for this grouping will become available in the small popup menu for selection as columns in Staff Planner.
