You can show or hide more columns of data in Resource Planner so you can see the details about resources that you wish to see.
Click on the small Settings menu on the right side of a column header in Resource Planner and it will display a small popup menu listing all the available columns that you can hide or show staff. Select the columns you wish to see.
Click and drag a column header to reorder the columns into the order you wish to have.
Click and drag on the left edge or right edge of a column header to resize the column's width.
Click and drag the vertical splitter between the columns of data on the left and the timeline on the right to expose more or less space for the columns of data.
Tip: After you have your preferred layout for your Resource Planner, then save it as a Resource Planner user view. This allows you to recall it any time you wish to use it again.
