Displaying Usage, Bookings, Activities and Tasks

The Resource Planner can display the following information about your staff:

  • Usage
  • Bookings
  • Activities
  • Tasks


You can show or hide each of these using the Show menu on the Resource Planner toolbar.  This lets you create special purpose views that show only the data you want to see.
