Duplicating Staff

To duplicate or make a copy of staff, follow these steps:


  1. Go to the Management screen by clicking Management on the left sidebar.
  2. Click the Staff button to display the Staff screen.
  3. Go to the List tab on the Staff Screen.
  4. Select the staff you wish to make a copy of and click the Duplicate button in the Staff screen toolbar.
  5. On the Duplicate Staff screen, enter the email address, first name and last name of the staff and click Duplicate.
  6. Once duplicated, the new staff will be listed in the Staff screen.  You can edit it further to make more changes.
