Modified on Sat, 08 Oct 2022 at 06:06 PM

Projects are collection of tasks you you want to complete in an an organized manner.  Using Projectal, you can budget your projects, plan your projects, resource your projects, schedule your projects, track your projects and generate reports on all aspects of your projects.

You can add as many projects as you like into Projectal.

Projects are linked to customers.  If you wish to complete an internal project at your company using Projectal, then you can easily make your company the customer for projects.

You can associate companies to projects - including your company.  The companies associated to a  project define the available staff pool for the project.  For example, your company may be working on a project and you may also outsource work to another company.  So you would associate your company and the outsourced company to the project.

You can enter the official start dates and end dates of your projects, if they are know to your projects.  Projectal will alert you when tasks are running early or late.

If your projects have fixed (or awarded) budgets, then you can enter them into Projectal so you can monitor and compare in real time these fixed costs with the estimated costs and the actual costs for the project.
