Sharing a Label

Modified on Mon, 3 Feb at 6:35 PM

By default, when you create a label, it can only be seen by yourself.  You can allow other users to see and use your labels by setting the sharing permissions.

To share a label, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Live button in the top right corner of Projectal.  It will display a popup menu.

2. Click the Share  button alongside the label you wish to share.  This will display the Share Label screen.

Sharing

Click Public to have this label listed in the popup menu for all users in your company.

Click Private to have this label listed in the poopup menu for only those users that are allowed to see it (e.g. yourself).  Click the Members button under Sharing to edit the list of users allowed to see this label.

Editing Permissions

By default, when you create a label, you are the owner of the label and only you can edit it.  You may want to collaborate with other users and allow them to also make changes to the label

Click the Members button to edit the users who are allowed to edit and make changes to this label.
