Locking the Staff Planner

You can lock the Staff Planner so that users do not make inadvertant changes to bookings, activities, tasks and non-work exceptions displayed in the Staff Planner.

Turn on the Lock switch that is located on the Staff Planner toolber to lock the Staff Planner.  When locked, all mouse clicks and mouse dragging will not change the displayed events on the Staff Planner.

Turn off the Lock switch to unlock the Staff P;lanner.  When unlocked, all mouse clicks and mouse dragging will change the displayed events on the Staff Planner.
