The list of currencies are the various currencies that your company uses as part of its business and that can added into Projectal.  Examples of currencies are USD, EUR, CAD and GBP.

You can see currencies used in Projectal on the following screens:

• Projects screen
• Staff screen
• Resources screen
• Tasks screen
• Edit Project screen
• Edit Staff screen
• Edit Generic Staff screen
• Edit Task screen

The Currency tab on the Lists screen is where you can add, remove and reorder currencies in Projectal.

Getting to the Currency tab on the Lists screen

1. Go to the Management screen by clicking Management on the left sidebar.
2. Click the Lists button to display the Lists screen.
3. Click the Currency tab to view the currencies.

The Currency tab toolbar has the following buttons:

• Add - to add a currency
• Delete - to delete the selected currencies
• Move Down - to move the selected currency down in the list
• Move Up - to move the selected currency up in the list

Tip: Setting the order of the currencies is useful since this is the order of the currencies that will displayed on screens across Projectal.  Typically, you may want the default or recommended currency to be at the top of the list.  Or you may want the list to be ordered A-Z.

Tip: Projectal contains 200 popular currencies.  If a currency you need is not listed in Projectal, then please contact us and we will add it for you.
