There are several ways to re-assign tasks to other staff in projects:

• Using the Tasks screen
• Using the Edit Task screen
• Using the Staff Planner

Re-assigning a Task using the Tasks Screen

To change the assigned staff for a task using the Tasks screen, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Projects screen by clicking Projects on the left sidebar.
2. Find the project you wish to work on and click on it to enter the project.
3. Click on Tasks on the left sidebar to enter the Tasks screen.
4. On the Tasks screen, ensure you are displaying the Assigned Staff column on the Tasks screen.
5. Double-click on a task's assigned staff cell and select the new staff assigned to the task.
6. You can also copy assigned staff cell values and paste them into other task assign staff cells, and you can fill down cells to neighboring cells by dragging the right corner of a duration cell.

Re-assigning a Task using the Edit Task Screen

To change the assigned staff for a task using the Edit Task screen, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Projects screen by clicking Projects on the left sidebar.
2. Find the project you wish to work on and click on it to enter the project.
3. Click on Tasks or Gantt on the left sidebar to enter the Tasks view or Gantt view of the project.
4. Select a task and click the Edit Task button on the Tasks screen toolbar or Gantt screen toolbar.
5. This will display the Edit Task screen.
6. Change the Assigned Staff of the task and click OK to save your change.

Re-assigning a Task using the Staff Planner

To change the assigned staff for a task using the Staff Planner, follow these steps:

1. Click on Planner on the left sidebar and select Staff Planner.
2. Select a task that you wish to re-assign and drag it to another staff in the Planner.
3. The task will be automatically updated with the new assigned staff.
