Changing the Contact Person

The Contact Person is the person that:

  • Can log into the Projectal Customer Portal to view and change your Projectal subscription
  • Receives emails from the Projectal Customer Portal
  • Receives invoices from the Projectal Customer Portal

If you wish to change the contact person in the Projectal Customer Portal, then follow these steps:


  1. Log into the Projectal Customer Portal.
  2. Go to the Contact Details page and change the Full Name, Email and Phone number to the new contact person.
  3. Click the Save Changes button.
  4. Log out of the Projectal Customer Portal.
  5. Tell the new contact person that they can now log into the Projectal Customer Portal using their email address.  On the Login screen at https://accounts.projectal.com, the new contact person should click the Forgot Password link and enter their email address.  This will allow them to set a password.  
  6. They will receive an email containing a link to set their password.  Click on this link and set the new password.
  7. After the new password has been set, then the new contact person can log into the Projectal Customer Portal using their email address and password.


Note: Once the contact person has been changed, the old contact person can no longer log into the Projectal Customer Portal.


Note: All emails and invoices from the Projectal Customer Portal will be sent to the new contact person.
