Understanding a Projectal User
To understand how much your company needs to pay to use Projectal, you need to work out how many users will be using Projectal.
A Projectal user is any user that can log into your Projectal and exists in User Management. These are the people you want to log into Projectal and use it to help your company better manage your projects, departments, staff pool and more.
Note: Users are different to Staff in Projectal. Users log into Projectal and use it daily. Whereas, all staff from your company are added into Projectal to become your company's staff pool and are assigned to tasks in projects in Projectal.
Example: Your company has 500 staff. All staff will be added into Projectal so that they can be assigned to tasks and managed in Projectal. Your company only wants 200 of your staff to use Projectal to help manage your projects, departments and staff pool. So, your company would purchase a 200 user subscription plan.
