Managing Access Policies

The Access Policy screen is where you can add, edit, duplicate and remove access policies in Projectal.


Getting to the Access Policies screen

  1. Go to the Management screen by clicking Management on the left sidebar.
  2. Click the Access Policy button to display the Access Policies screen.

The Access Policies screen toolbar has the following buttons:

  • Add - to add a new access policy
  • Edit - to edit the selected access policy 
  • Delete - to delete the selected access policies
  • Duplicate - to make a copy of the selected access policy 


Editing Access Policies


Double-click on a cell to edit a value for the access policy.


Select a cell and copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the values into another cell. 


Select a cell and drag the right side corner of the cell to fill down  the value into other cells.


Select a cell and press the DEL key to delete the value from the cell.


Tip: Enter text into the Filter edit box and click the Search button to find specific access policies.
