The Login & Security screen allows you to set your password and turn on Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for additional security.


Update Password

If you wish to change your password, then enter your current password and the new password and then click the Save Changes button.


Two Factor Authentication (2FA)

To increase the security of access the Projectal Customer Portal, you can turn on Two Factor Authentication (2FA). 


When two factor authentication is enabled, the next time you log into the Projectal Customer Portal, an extra security step will be presented to you.  


You will be prompted for a secure, random token. This token can be obtained using your mobile phone and running an authenticator application such as Google Authenticator, which is available for free in your mobile phone's app store.


Click the Enable button to start using Two Factor Authentication (2FA).


Click the Disable button to stop using Two Factor Authentication (2FA).    


Click the Show Recovery Codes button to view your recovery codes.  Recovery codes are used when you lose your mobile phone and cannot authenticate using your authenticator application on your mobile phone.


Important: Recovery codes are important since they allow you to log into your Projectal Customer Portal account even if you lose your mobile phone and cannot authenticate to enter your Projectal Customer Portal account.  We strongly recommend storing these codes in a safe place.
